Recommended use
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with water, juice or your favorite drink before or after training. Six Star® researchers recommend charging in the first 3 days. To recharge for 3 days, take 2 servings twice daily. On training days, take 2 servings before training and 2 servings after training. Take at any other time of day on days when you are not exercising. After the first 3 days of loading, take 1 serving twice daily. Ensure adequate hydration during use.
