1. Squeeze out a little of the preparation and apply it to the middle fingers of both hands
2. Using your middle finger, smooth the lower and upper eyelids from the inside to the outside of the eye and press gently on the temples for 3 seconds. Repeat three times.
3. Use your middle finger to smooth the skin around your mouth in one direction and then the other. Pull the corners of your mouth up and hold the pressure for 3 seconds. Repeat three times.
