Apply the gel to the attached tooth protection and apply it to the teeth. Then bite the protector and press the gel to the teeth, placing your fingers over the protector. Leave for 5-15 minutes. Do this, then brush your teeth preferably with White GLO toothpaste. We recommend after whitening teeth min. Do not smoke, do not drink cola, tea or coffee for 2-3 hours.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Pregnant and nursing women should consult a doctor before use.

Use a maximum of 7 days, then skip whitening peeling for a week.
