Dosage:

The recommended dose is 1 tablet every other day. Swallow the tablet with a sufficient amount of water.

L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), zinc oxide, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, color: riboflavin.
